Rules for Coast Contests:
If
you win a contest, you can’t win anything else again for 30 days. One
winner, per household for 30 days. You must be at least 18 years of age
and no purchase is necessary to enter any contest. All contests are
open to the general public except employees of Cumulus Broadcasting,
any other media outlet, participating sponsors, their immediate family
or household members.
Cumulus
broadcasting reserves the right to exclude anyone from any contest and
may change or modify the rules at any time without advance notice.
Cumulus Broadcasting will issue IRS form 1099 for any prizes awarded
that exceed a value of $600. Winners are responsible for all federal,
state and local taxes for all prizes. All prizes are awarded “as is”
and cannot be exchanged.
Cumulus
Broadcasting is not responsible for failure to deliver any
sponsor-provided prize and assumes no liability for use, loss damage or
injury connected to any contest or prize.
Winners
and participants in all contests agree to release their name, voice and
likeness to be used by Cumulus Broadcasting for whatever purpose the
station deems necessary without further compensation. All calls to the
contest studio lines are recorded and may be aired without prior
permission. Employees of Cumulus Broadcasting, participating sponsors
and other electronic and print media are ineligible to win.
A
modified version of these rules airs regularly on all Cumulus
Broadcasting stations. All contest rules questions should be directed
